English
Roam Together is operated by (Chongqing Walling Tech Co., Ltd.). We process your chosen name and languages, guide account email and password hash, session and group membership, messages, translations, AI questions, and photos you upload. Guide audio is streamed for translation when the guide turns on the microphone; the current product does not offer permanent audio recording archives.
Location sharing is optional and can be limited to your guide or group. Points older than two minutes are excluded from live location displays; this is not a promise that all location records are physically erased after two minutes. We do not continuously collect background location. Photos are private until you share them with the group.
Alibaba Cloud Qwen/Bailian processes text or guide audio needed for translation and AI answers. AMap provides maps, place searches and routes, including coordinates used to display your authorised shared location. We do not sell personal data or use this content for advertising tracking. The website itself uses no microphone, location collection, advertising or analytics. It stores only a local language preference when you choose one.
Backend data is hosted in mainland China. Sessions last seven days; group records, text and uploaded photos do not automatically disappear when you close the app. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information and account at hao@wallingtech.cn. We may verify account control before deletion and retain information required by applicable law. Do not send passwords. Microphone, photo and location permissions are optional for the functions that need them and can be withdrawn in system settings. Minors should use the service with a guardian’s guidance. Material changes will be communicated as applicable.
